一、功能介绍

获取 Walmart 平台的报税数据，既有按结算时间逐笔拆分的涉税明细，也有按店铺汇总的收入总额、退款总额、收入净额、费用总额、平台代扣税和交易订单数量等数据，并支持导出涉税申报核对表与涉税明细，方便卖家在申报前按主体、店铺核对平台报送口径；Walmart 平台目前暂未向税务机关推送涉税信息，涉税数据依据用户申报数据的统计规则口径生成，仅供参考，不替代平台报送结果；
目前站点仅支持美国站，店铺类型不限制。

二、数据来源及更新时效

1、数据来源：Walmart 涉税数据统一以利润报表订单维度为来源，目前仅支持美国站。
2、更新频率：每日更新本月+上月Walmart-涉税报表。
3、历史数据范围：上线初始化数据范围为 2026 年 1 月至今；新授权店铺初始化获取本月 + 上月数据。

三、查看及操作说明

1、入口

页面入口路径：进入【合规】-【涉税报表】页面，与Amazon、TikTok、Temu半托管共用同一入口；通过顶部页签切换【公司主体】、【店铺汇总】、【涉税明细】、【原始凭证】。

2、权限设置

通过【设置】-【角色管理】，编辑角色勾选【亚马逊】-【合规】-【涉税报表】的查看、导出权限，Walmart涉税报表菜单权限与亚马逊共用，有Walmart店铺查看权限即能看到Walmart涉税报表数据

3、字段说明

①公司主体：
店铺主体：平台店铺资质信息中登记的企业、个体工商户或自然人；
经营主体：实际承担采购、运营、仓储、发货、财务管理的实体；
②店铺汇总:
展示具体平台、店铺、收入总额、退款总额、收入净额、费用总额等字段数据查看；

筛选具体明细费用核对

日期、汇率与订单数的规则

核对项	规则与使用方式
日期与月份	按明细中的结算日期归属月份，精确到天；下单、发货、结算及到账时间分别核对。
跨期退款	收入和后续退款可能分属不同月份或季度，按各自实际记录检查，不直接将退款挪回原订单月份。
汇率	每日汇率取中国外汇交易中心—中国货币网汇率进行币种换算，无汇率日期取下一个交易日汇率
人民币金额	原币种金额×对应汇率，四舍五入保留两位小数；月度收入、退款和费用由明细聚合。
订单数	仅对当月收入明细中的非空订单号去重；同一订单多商品或多行收入不重复计数。
费用与成本	费用按涉税明细追溯；采购成本、头程费用、FBM 运费回查订单维度利润报表。

 

四、常见问题

Q1：Walmart 的Walmart-涉税报表在哪里看？
A1：在【Walmart-涉税报表】里把平台/站点筛选切到 Walmart/美国，【店铺汇总】按店铺 + 统计月份每月一行，点"查看明细"可以下钻到涉税明细。

Q2：为什么 Walmart 涉税汇总是按月显示，不是按季度？
A2：Walmart 涉税汇总的统计维度为平台 + 店铺 + 美国站 + 统计月份，按涉税明细日期所属月份统计，不再使用申报季度字段。按季度汇总需要您自行把对应三个月的月度数据相加。

Q3：Walmart 的涉税数据是从结算明细来的吗？
A3：不是，Walmart 涉税数据统一以利润报表订单维度为来源，结算明细不再参与正式涉税统计；金额按利润报表订单维度的结算时间归属到具体日期。

Q4：为什么店铺汇总的费用总额和涉税明细加起来的费用对不上？
A4：正常，采购成本、头程费用、FBM运费只在【店铺汇总】直接引用利润报表订单维度，不生成涉税明细行，所以两边合计不会相等。

Q5：沃尔玛还没有向税局推送数据，这个报表的数能直接申报吗？
A5：数据仅供参考，用于申报前按店铺核对收入、退款、费用与订单数量，不能替代平台报送结果。

Q6：Walmart 的交易订单数量怎么算的？
A6：当月收入明细中订单号不为空的订单号去重数量，退款明细和无订单号的费用不计入。
